Depending on the horses’ well-being and owners’ preference, horses may have to either stand in, if injured or be turned out during the summer months, with the choice of using the horse walker. Horses summer beautifully at the stud having 200 acres of immaculate pasture to graze, which is maintained to the very highest of standards.
Paddocks are outlined by electric rope fencing which is found to be exceptional as there are far fewer injuries as seen with tapes or post and rail fences. The fields are all double fenced so horses cannot sniff each other over the fences. Horses are always turned out in post and rails with electric on the inside first to raise their awareness.
